MEET THE FOUNDERS
Irene Pan
Irene Pan is the founder of China Travel Explorer (CTE) based in Shanghai.
Before launching CTE, Irene worked as a Communications Analyst for a global advisory firm and a marketing specialist in the fashion industry. Her international experience spans the UK, Australia, China, and Germany, giving her a unique perspective on cross-cultural communication and global trends.
Irene holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing from Loughborough University in the UK and is fluent in English, Chinese, and German.
In her free time, Irene enjoys traveling, reading, watching movies, and practicing Chinese calligraphy.
Stephen Chen
Stephen Chen is the co-founder of China Travel Explorer (CTE) based in Shanghai.
Before launching CTE, Stephen worked as a Product Manager for a renowned travel agency and an independent photographer & videographer in the UK and China. With deep curiosity about the world and travel, Stephen has visited around 30 countries and also worked in Australia for 3 years.
Stephen is fluent in English, Chinese, and German, and he has a Bachelor degree in Business.
In his free time, Stephen likes to watch different kinds of movies and do sports.
